Manage your account via the start page overview.
After logging into your e-mail account, view a summary via the start page. Here you can check new messages, calendar entries, tasks and recent logins.
Browse e-mails, search features and customize interface.
Using the message list and preview pop-up window, you can view a list of messages and simultaneously read individual message summaries. Easily locate the messages that you need as you need them with the logical, customizable HTML interface. With Folders and Message sorting you can increase efficiency further by have messages automatically moved to specific folders.
Address Book function and group address
Access the Address Book to add contact information. Entries can be browsed, modified and deleted via WebMail's interface. Users can compose new messages and address e-mails to people stored in the address book. Share your contacts with colleagues with the WebMail Group Address book. Create shared address book groups and e-mail folders to help you organize your contact e-mail addresses. WebMail also provides access to Internet directories that use LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol). These are an easy way to find e-mail or street addresses of your friends or colleagues.
Schedule your day
Manage your time using the built-in Scheduler in WebMail . Remind yourself of important meetings, dates, telephone calls and other notes. Keep track of tasks and appointments via your e-mail account. Post tasks to other users and groups in the system.
Administer multiple mail accounts
Many people have more than one e-mail account, with WebMail you can use more than one account from the same browser window. Via the single interface WebMail can read any number of external e-mail accounts. This feature creates a central access to all your e-mail accounts.
Access e-mail Via POP3 and IMAP e-mail clients
WebMail accounts are POP3 and IMAP compatible, which means users can access mail via clients such as OutLook and Eudora. Access your mail from a central source or via the Web when traveling.
Support for WAP devices
Using a WAP mobile-phone you can access e-mail resources wirelessly! WebMail supports operation in WML, allowing users the ability to send and receive e-mails direct from their mobile phone. This also includes all PDAs and Palms that support the WAP protocol.
