FatCow recommends using Secure FTP to connect to your site.  If you choose to continue with FTP, all the information you need is below.

While specific steps will vary by FTP client, you will need to enter the following login information when setting up a connection to your site:

• Host Name/Address: ftp.PrimaryDomain, where PrimaryDomain is your hosting account primary domain, set in DomainCentral
  
  
• example: ftp.FlowersByAmy.info (where FlowersByAmy.info is the primary domain)
  
  
• Host Type: Automatic detect
• User ID: FTP username (The Master FTP username is typically your account username.)
• Password: FTP password (The password for the master account is typically your account password.)
