For all mailboxes and Forwards created, you have an option to designate additional external destinations where the incoming messages should be delivered. This type of a forward operates much like a Mailbox Delivery. Only Mailbox Delivery routes to mailboxes defined on your account, whereas this type of a forward forwards to an external email address.

To forward email to additional external addresses:

1. Log into MailCentral, select the mailbox you wish to edit, and click Edit.
   
   or
   
   For Administrators and mailbox owners: Go to Address Management page, enter the mailbox name and password.
   
   
2. Expand the Forwards section by clicking on the "+" icon.
3. Enter an external email address, such as mymailbox@hotmail.com, and click Add.

To remove forwards from a mailbox or a Forward:

1. Log into MailCentral, select the mailbox you wish to edit, and click Edit.
   
   or
   
   For Administrators and mailbox owners: Go to Address Management page, enter the mailbox name and password.
   
   
2. Expand the Forwards section by clicking on the "+" icon.
3. Select the forward you wish to remove and click Remove Selected.
