The Address Management page allows you to set additional options for a mailbox or a Forward. This page can be reached by all mailbox owners (for their individual mailbox), the account owner, and mail Administrators.
To reach the Address Management page:
- Log into MailCentral, select the mailbox you wish to edit, and click Edit.
For Administrators and mailbox owners: Go to Address Management page, enter the mailbox name and password.
To set the Address Management page options:
Owner Information - Selecting Yes designates the owner of this mailbox as the mailbox administrator for all mailboxes connected with the account. For more information, see Designating an Administrator.
Mailbox Delivery - Allows multiple delivery targets (multiple mailboxes) to receive a copy of the same incoming email message. For more information, see Add or remove additional mailbox delivery targets.
Forwards - Allows multiple external delivery targets (external mailboxes) to receive a copy of the same incoming email message. For more information, see Add or remove additional forwards.
Autoresponder - allows an automated message to be sent in response to every incoming email message for the specified mailbox. For more information, see Setting/Removing an autoresponder.
Return to Sender/ Route to Trash - Selecting one of these radio buttons routes all incoming emails for this mailbox either back to the sender, or to trash. For more informations see Setting and Removing Return to Sender/ Route to Trash options.
Import/Export - allows you to import a list of email addresses stored in a CSV or text file into the Forwards section (see above) of this mailbox. You can also export all the destinations in the Forwards section into a CSV file. For more information, see Importing and Exporting
