Answer/Solution When the domain transfer process is initiated, the Administrative Contact on the domain will receive a verification email that requires an action. Without this action, the transfer process is terminated. Thus, you need access to the Administrative Contact email address associated with your domain to complete the domain transfer process. Use the following steps to find or update the current Administrative Contact information for the domain you would like to transfer.
