Configuring: Upgrading the WebMail program/client

Answer/Solution
You can upgrade your current WebMail client to one of the following web-based email clients: AtMail, Horde, or SquirrelMail. The upgrade is performed for a small monthly fee which varies depending on the new chosen client. After the upgrade, you can switch between the activated WebMail clients at your convenience.

Note: When you change clients, no data will be transferred between the old and new clients. You must manually move calendar and address book information.

To upgrade to a new WebMail client:
  1. Log into the Mail Tool Settings page.
  2. In the WebMail Client section, select the client you want to use, and click on the Learn More link. The chosen WebMail client purchase page is displayed. Purchase the new client as directed.
  3. Log into the Mail Tool Settings page. Under WebMail Client, you should see that the radio button for the newly purchased WebMail client is now activated.
  4. Select the radio button for the newly purchased WebMail client.
  5. Click Change Settings.
