Question/Problem
Configuring: Setting Mailbox Delivery - sending incoming email to more than one destination

Answer/Solution

For every mailbox address, you can set the option of having all incoming email messages copied or routed to additional mailbox addresses. For example, all incoming emails for sales@mydomain.com should also go to shipping@mydomain.com and fulfillment@mydomain.com.

To set multiple deliveries for a mailbox:

  1. Log into MailCentral, select the mailbox you wish to edit, and click Edit.

    or

For Administrators and mailbox owners: Go to Address Management page, enter the mailbox name and password.
  2. The Address Management page is displayed.
  3. Expand the Mailbox Delivery section by clicking on the "+" icon. You should see the current mailbox listed as the delivery target, and a New Mailbox Delivery Target selection drop-down box.
  4. Select another mailbox to which all incoming emails for the current mailbox should also be routed. Click Add. You should see the new mailbox appear in the list above the selection drop-down.

To remove multiple deliveries for a mailbox:

You should see the list of delivery targets.
  4. Choose the delivery target to be removed and click Remove for that mailbox. The mailbox will be removed from the list, and the copies of the current mailbox's incoming email will no longer be delivered there.
