Modifying multiple domains
The ability to modify multiple domains at once is useful if you are managing a large number of domains. The Modify Selected Domains action allows you to: set or change contact information for domain owner, administrator, technical contact, or billing contact; refresh WHOIS information; enable or disable domain privacy (necessary in preparation for domain registrar transfer); lock or unlock domains (again, necessary in preparation for domain registrar transfer); enable or disable the automated domain renewal service; and manually renew selected domains.Generate a Domain Report
A domain report is a .csv file that includes a list of the domains associated with your account, as well as the following data:
- FatCow account name
- Domain creation date
- Domain expiration date
- Is autorenew enabled? (yes/no)
- Is domain locked? (locked/unlocked)
- DNS information
- Domain owner's name and contact information
- The Administrator, Billing, and Technical contact information on file for the domain
To generate a domain report:
- Log in to DomainCentral.
- In the bottom right corner of the list of domains there will be a button labeled Send Domain Report To --> and a text field to enter an email address.
- Check to see that a valid email address is in the text field, then click Send Domain Report to -->
- A confirmation message will appear indicating that the domain report has been sent to the designated email address.
NOTE: It may take a few minutes for this report to be generated, based on the number of domains associated with your account. Your patience during this timeframe is appreciated. If you still have not received this report after an extended period of time, double-check your spam folder to see if it was sent there. If you are still unable to find this report, please contact support for further assistance.
