The HeiferCratic Oath is just one more thing that separates us from the the rest and to our loyal customers, we hereby pledge to:

• Value your time and money by responding to your requests and resolving the issues in timely, efficient manner. Our goal is to provide resolution to your issue during the first contact, or firm dead line for follow up in cases that require escalation to subject matter expert.
• Provide you with a pleasant support experience. Each MooCrew member you interact with will be friendly and pleased to assist you regardless of your issue. No mad cows are welcome among the MooCrew!
• Follow the highest standards when we hire and train support personnel. We conduct weekly "bull" training sessions and ongoing quality evaluations for the entire crew.
• Listen to our customers and continually improve the services you receive. Not only do we have a customer wishlist, we send you a support survey after each time you interact with the MooCrew.

This is no bull! If at any time you feel that we didn't satisfy our HeiferCratic Oath, then please e-mail us at oath@fatcow.com and a MooCrew investigator will review your complaint. If the complaint is legitimate, we will provide you with credit equal to one month of hosting on your account.
